Periop Giving Circle: A New Way to Support Your Peers

As we continue celebrating the AORN Foundation’s 35th anniversary, the Periop Giving Circle is a meaningful way to support and strengthen the perioperative profession.

With a minimum monthly gift of $35, just $1.15 a day, members can help fund scholarships, education, and leadership development for the next generation of perioperative nurses.

Celebrating a Lasting Partnership with CCI

The AORN Foundation is proud to recognize and express our deep appreciation for our enduring partnership with the Competency and Credentialing Institute (CCI). Since 1992, our collaboration has been grounded in a shared commitment to advancing excellence in perioperative nursing.

In addition to being a long-standing supporter of the AORN Foundation’s scholarship program, CCI has partnered with us in providing grants to nurses pursuing CNOR®, CNAMB®, and CSSM® credentials. These certifications empower perioperative professionals to demonstrate their expertise, strengthen patient safety, and elevate standards of care in the operating room. This year, with CCI’s support, we awarded 144 grants to nurses pursuing these credentials, fueling their commitment to grow, lead, and elevate their practice. We extend our sincere gratitude to CCI for their unwavering commitment and collaboration. Together, we are investing in the future of perioperative nursing and making a lasting difference in patient care.
