New Femoral Tibial Spreader Has It All in Small

Innomed’s orthopedic surgery products now include calibrated femoral tibial spreaders with small (7-inch) grip handles to help separate the femur and tibia during total knee replacement surgery. Designed with the grip closer together for easier gripping and to help reduce hand fatigue, these spreaders are designed to remain in position, with the femur and tibia separated, without the need of an assistant, and to minimize crushing the bone, even if osteoporotic. Two spreaders can be used to assist the surgeon in balancing ligaments. Allows a wide, unobstructed view of the posterior compartment. Versions of the spreader include:

• Small with standard grip and grooved pads

• Small with standard grip and round pads
  
• Small with locking ratchet mechanism and grooved pads
