ILEVRO (nepafenac ophthalmic suspension) 0.3% from Harrow strikes at inflammation and pain after cataract surgery. This nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory pro-drug is sterile and convenient. Just one drop of ILEVRO once daily is applied to the affected eye beginning 1 day prior to surgery, and is continued on the day of surgery through the first 2 weeks postop. An additional drop should be administered 30-120 minutes prior to surgery. The full 3-mL size featuring DROP-TAINER technology ensures patients will have enough medication for a full 17-drop course of therapy.
