We hope you will apply for our next session starting in 2024. During each session, participating members have the opportunity to serve as a mentor or be matched with one.
Mentors share their perioperative nursing expertise and experience to help those new to the field grow in their skills and confidence. And for those seeking leadership experience or advice on advancing their careers, they are matched with nurse leaders to help guide them.
The AORN Member Mentor Program is a rewarding experience for many AORN members. Members of our previous programs have built new life-long relationships.
