12 Days Giveaway Disclaimer: Individuals who register for the conference each day between Dec. 1 and Dec. 12, 2022, will be automatically entered for the daily prize. Prizes are not transferable. Twelve total winners will be drawn and notified by email. Prizes not claimed within seven days will be forfeited. Program rules and incentives are subject to change by AORN. No purchases necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Cash value of this prize may be taxable income to the winner.
Conference registration is not required to enter to win the prize drawing. Individuals may also enter to win by submitting a mail-in entry. Please print your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number with area code, and e-mail address. Mail your completed entry to AORN – Attn: Marketing AORN 12 Days of Giving Giveaway, 2170 South Parker Road, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80231. All mail-in entries must be post-marked by Dec. 5, 2022. One mail-in entry per person. Entries that are late, lost, illegible, incomplete, postage due, or otherwise not in compliance with these Contest Rules will be disqualified. Mail in entries will be included in the final daily drawing on Dec. 12.
